Job Summary
The Timecard Services Representative plays a key client-facing role within PuzzleHR’s Managed Payroll department. This position is responsible for supporting clients and their employees in managing and correcting timecard data. The representative will proactively monitor timecard entries, reach out to employees to resolve discrepancies, train users on self-service punch corrections, and input corrections on their behalf when necessary. Additionally, the role includes generating weekly summary reports detailing resolved, pending, and anomalous entries (e.g., California meal premium violations or excessive overtime).
