Position Overview:
First Digital Finance Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, with a focus on BillEase operations, particularly Customer Service and Credit. You will work closely with training managers and department heads to identify training needs, develop engaging learning materials, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Needs analysis and instructional design
Development of engaging training materials (e.g., presentations, manuals, videos, simulations)
Creation of assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions (both in-person and online) to employees at all levels.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and evaluation results.
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and participant registration.
Provide ongoing support to employees and managers regarding training-related concerns and issues.
Assist in the administration of existing training programs, including updating materials and maintaining training records.
Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee training needs.
Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Maintain high-quality training standards and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of experience in training or instructional design is preferred, but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Passion for learning and a desire to contribute to employee development.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS) and Google Workspace.
Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
