About the Client

Our client is a U.S. CPA firm specializing in employee benefit plan (401(k)) audits and assurance for construction-sector companies. The firm is modern, fast-scaling, and deeply AI-driven across its workflows.

The Role

We are seeking a PH-based sales Account Executive who owns outcomes, listens closely, and executes with precision. You’ll join a high-velocity team and use AI to supercharge outreach and conversion.

Success in your first 90 days looks like:

  • Owning the sales process end-to-end.

  • Mastering the firm’s sales + onboarding system.

  • Building qualified pipeline and converting consistently.

  • Demonstrating you’re a closer, a process builder, and a results machine.

Tools You’ll Use

  • HubSpot

  • Smartlead for prospecting/automation

  • AI dialer/outreach tools

  • Loom (video)

  • Teams/Slack for collaboration

  • AI assistants for outreach, follow-ups, and scripts

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospects in the 401(k) audit / assurance space.

  • Leverage AI-enabled tooling to scale outbound and follow-ups.

  • Own the pipeline from first touch through close.

  • Report clear, timely updates on pipeline, wins, and blockers.

  • Partner with leadership on strategy and messaging.

  • Hit—and exceed—targets with integrity and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience (financial services exposure is a plus).

  • Disciplined executor who follows playbooks and improves them.

  • Coachable, humble, and growth-oriented.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Tech-forward; comfortable with AI and automation.

  • Bonus: Experience with HubSpot and outbound/sales automation platforms.
