Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Legal Recruiter based in the Philippines to support our US staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for US legal positions, particularly contract and permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified legal professionals for US-based positions.


• Recruit for roles including Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Litigation Support, Legal Case Managers, Compliance Professionals, and Contract Administrators.


• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.


• Screen candidates based on experience, legal practice area, location, work authorization, and compensation expectations.


• Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to the recruiting/client team.


• Maintain an active pipeline of legal candidates and accurate records in the ATS/CRM.


• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.


• Work closely with US-based recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.


• Meet recruiting activity, submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting the US market.


• Direct experience recruiting for US legal positions is strongly preferred.


• Experience recruiting for contract and/or permanent positions.


• Experience sourcing candidates such as Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, or other legal professionals.


• Strong understanding of US recruiting practices and candidate sourcing methods.


• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.


• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.


• Ability to understand detailed job descriptions and identify qualified candidates.


• Willingness to work US hours / night shift from the Philippines.


• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with US-based teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate understands the US legal staffing market and has direct experience recruiting attorneys, paralegals, or other legal professionals. Candidates with experience in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements will be highly preferred.
