Video Editor (Property Marketing)

Our client is a leading real estate agency based in Melbourne, renowned for its local expertise, strong community presence, and commitment to delivering exceptional property sales and management services across the region.

They're now seeking for a Video Editor who will be responsible for editing real estate marketing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling that aligns with brand standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Edit property and promotional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, following project guidelines and creative briefs.
• Work with provided Premiere Pro and After Effects project files using 4K low-quality proxies for efficient editing.
• Return completed project files for full-quality export by the client.
• Apply basic colour correction, transitions, text overlays, and audio synchronisation.
• Maintain consistent style, pacing, and visual quality across all edited videos.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s creative and marketing team to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all edits align with brand standards and project timelines.

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, ideally within real estate, marketing, or creative production industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (latest version).
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow creative direction while bringing fresh visual ideas to each project.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple edits simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and project updates.
