Position Title: Virtual Assistant – AI Research, Executive Support & Project Management (Philippines-Based)

Location: Remote (Philippines) | Hours: Full-Time | Timezone: AEST overlap

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 AUD/month (willing to go up for an exceptional candidate)

Role Overview: We’re hiring a motivated, AI-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a senior executive. You’ll help manage tasks, organise communication, and draft content using tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbox, track unresolved emails, and summarise key communications
• Keep to-do lists and project dashboards updated in Notion or Trello
• Compile payment and invoice schedules and track deadlines
• Draft blog posts or summaries using AI tools
• Update Notion content, prepare basic Canva visuals
• Assist with diary management, meeting briefs, and occasional bookings

• Preferably female, based in the Philippines
• Confident with ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Canva
• Highly organised, positive, independent, fast learner
• Able to write in a warm, brand-aligned tone
• Strong English skills, with a solid internet connection and workspace

Skills and Tools:

• AI Tools: ChatGPT (advanced prompting), Claude, Perplexity (optional)
• Productivity Systems: Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, email filtering
• Design & Content: Canva, Grammarly, formatting tools
• Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, motivated, fast learner, warm tone
• Bonus Skills: Project coordination, process documentation

This role includes the following steps prior to client endorsement:

1. Recorded video interview using Workable (or ATS platform; approximately 10 minutes)
2. Interview with a recruiter
3. Submission of an example of AI-generated content (blog or summary)
