Job Description - Virtual Medical Assistant - Social Media Marketing/Sales

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Virtual Medical Assistant with expertise in Social Media Marketing and Sales to join our team at Staffing for Doctors. In this vital role, you will be responsible for enhancing a clinic's online presence, driving patient engagement, and generating leads through strategic social media campaigns and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing knowledge with a background in healthcare to effectively communicate our services and connect with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee social media marketing campaigns targeted to engage and educate the audience on available medical services.
  • Create compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and generates leads.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing strategies as part of the overall social media and sales approach.
  • Respond to inquiries on social media channels, promoting services and scheduling consultations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies for converting leads into patients.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of industry trends, social media platforms, and marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience working as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and contributing to sales growth.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a knack for engaging storytelling.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and implement improvements based on data insights.
  • Proficient in using social media management and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing and compliance standards (HIPAA regulations).
