Job Description - Voice Services Associate I

I. JOB SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of the Line Leader, the Voice Service Associate 1 (VSA 1) is responsible for obtaining and verifying information from clients, vendors, business partners, or sales leads through calls and emails in accordance with the client’s quality requirements and specifications.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Obtains and verifies information received from client through calls and emails to check accuracy and completeness of gathered data. 2. Inputs validated data in client-supplied application in accordance with project specifications. 3. Conducts follow up calls or emails to ensure information orders are processed within specified turn around time. 4. Raises queries for any unclear instructions and informs immediate superior of any discrepancies and problems encountered while doing the assigned task to make certain that all deliverables are completed accurately and properly. 5. Reports all issues encountered with client-supplied applications and machine/network breakdown to immediate superior on a timely manner for a seamless production 6. Attends and completes training course, project orientations, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated training when applicable and necessary to fulfill satisfactory needs of the department and clients adhering to the specific terms and conditions indicated in the signed contract/training agreement. 7. Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees. 8. Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period. 9. Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses. 10. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

At least 2 years of College/Tertiary Education

Experience working, handling similar role, in BPO industry is an advantage ▪ Open to fresh graduates
