Job Description - Reporting Analyst

Position Overview

As a Microsoft reporting analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring Insight is being billed correct each month from Microsoft. You will help create and populate reports to help us make better business decisions to improve our offerings to our clients and Insight’s revenue and margin. You will work closely with the Cloud Success organization with the end goal of ensuring our InsightCloud®Care business has the reporting and information they need succeed.

What you'll do at Insight

As a Microsoft Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing the reconciliation files from Microsoft for the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program each month and ensuring that we are being billed correctly
You will also provide reporting support for the Microsoft business as a whole, including analyzing sales trends, client consumption and purchasing data, and market opportunities
You will work closely with the Microsoft Partner Team and the IT Finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance in the billing and reporting processes
You will also collaborate with other analysts and stakeholders across the organization to provide insights and recommendations for improving the Microsoft programs and the IT services we offer to our customers

What you’ll need to join Insight

Amenable to working in hybrid and night shift schedule
Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in billing and invoices
Proficiency in Excel formulas including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Power BI is desirable
