Reports Analyst

Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reports Analyst to join our Operations team. This role is key to enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, generating operational reports, and analyzing performance data to support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain operational and performance dashboards across multiple teams

·         Generate, consolidate, and analyze recurring and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders

·         Ensure all reporting outputs are accurate, complete, and consistent

·         Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data analysis

·         Define and refine reporting requirements specific to each client or account

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting objectives and deliver data solutions

·         Recommend and implement improvements to reporting templates and processes

·         Maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to reporting standards

·         Provide data visualizations and storytelling to support business decision-making

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, IT, or a related field

·         2 to 4 years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role

·         Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation

·         Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is preferred

·         Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

·         Experience developing customized dashboards tailored to specific reporting needs

·         Ability to interpret large data sets and present insights in a concise, actionable format

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

·         Preferred but not required: Experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry

·         Preferred but not required: Familiarity with operations metrics and KPIs such as productivity, SLAs, and turnaround times
