Position Title: Reports Analyst

Job Summary:

• Responsible for the gathering of financial data needed in the preparation of BSP/PDIC/BTr/PDTC/PDEx and other management-required reports in coordination with Data Warehouse Division (DWD).  Ensures that these financial data/reports are accurate and conforms with the prescribed format.

Role Exposure:

• Gathers relevant data and information needed in the preparation of required reports from DWD and from other business units.


• Ensures that all the data and information gathered from DWD and from other business units are complete and accurate.


• Coordinates with Data Warehouse Division on additional data requirements needed by the Department relative to the preparation of required reports.


• Assists/prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual reportorial requirements of the Bank for submission to BSP.


• Keeps updated of the pertinent circulars/memorandums/bulletins issued by the BSP, PDIC, BTR, PDTC and PSA to ensure compliance with the prescribed regulatory policies and reportorial requirements.


• Maintains/stores relevant data for future needs.


• Safekeeps files and/or sent to Records Management Department for proper disposition.


• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Information System


• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office


• Good communication skills
