Research and Development Engineer Associate (Ayala - Head Office)

The Research and Development Engineer Associate is primarily responsible for systems development initiatives, effective provisioning, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. They participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure and ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to the prescribed standard.

They are responsible for the quality and technical approach, ensuring it is in-line with the company strategy – and that projects are delivered on time and on budget. They are also responsible in creating and maintaining a professional culture within the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• System Development
• User training and support
• Research and Development

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or Information Technology
• At least 1 year of experience in programming
• Experience in application, database and operating system security assessment
• Experience in monitoring compliance with security policies
• Experience in vulnerability assessment and security penetration testing
