Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the design and maintenance of templates or systems to optimize the resource planning and allocation of people, tools and materials.
2.Responsiblefor providing short-and long-term visibility over resource allocation to colleagues.
3.Accountable for the actual, effective allocation of people, tools and materials as per plan.
4.Accountable for a) the respect of standard operating procedures, policies, guidelines and manuals, b) the timely and accurate reporting of attendance and key performance indicators and c) and the respect of professional safety standards and best practice
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and resource planning and allocation, 3 years of which are spent in a managerial capacity; Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently; Work experience in the construction industry or allied services is preferred.
Level of Knowledge:
Graduate of an Engineering course; preferably, a licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer.
