As Billing Supervisor is responsible you for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely billing of electricity services across a range of bespoke contracts. This role involves supervising a team of billing specialists, collaborating closely with various departments to understand contract provisions, and ensuring that billing inputs are compliant and accurate. And contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. • To play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and meticulous attention to detail in billing processes.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• 
  

  Understanding of power industry (generation, distribution, sales)

  
  


• 
  

  Mastery of the use of spreadsheet software and other computer software and their application.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to understand contract provisions and translate these into accurate financial terms and obligations of customers for billing purposes.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge and understanding of tax regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Keen analytical ability to read and interpret financial and technical data

  
  

   

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to turn in accurate and complete work even under pressure

  
  

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any 4-year business course

  
  


• 
  

  Professional: At least 2 years’ experience in billing and collection; experience in power industry, an advantage

  
  

  Leadership: At least 1 year’s leadership experience

  
  


• 
  

  CPA, highly preferred but not required
