Position Title: Retail Experience Officer

Job Summary 

The Retail Experience Officer is in-charge of developing, implementing, and managing any retail related improvements and strategic direction, ensuring that the retail aspect of the business is up to date and even ahead of its times. He/she is in-charge of the following functions:

• Strategic Planning of Key Retail Action Plans


• Campaigns management


• Retail audit and monitoring 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leads in creating a smooth transition of tasks and deliverables from the Brand Marketing team to the actual Branches.


• In-charge of overall retail experience strategy.


• Strategy and Planning: Develops and supports brand and institutional campaigns, Planogram development, Merchandising creation and innovation, and Regional retail experience support


• Execution and Deployment: Production of merchandising materials, Delivery and deployment of materials, and Audit and monitoring of branch executions

Should be able to deliver other requirements of the team that will be assigned from time to time. 

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the financial industry


• Strong communication, stakeholder managment, and negotiation skills for successful client relations


• Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing marketing strategies and a proven track record of effectively executing these strategies in alignment with the department's budget, timeline, and expectations


• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams


• Proficiency in leveraging marketing tools and technologies to enhance event outcome


• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that project leave a lasting impression


• Experience in post-project analysis and reporting to measure the impact and improve future strategies
