Retail Sales Analyst (Beauty | Wholesale + Retail Partners) - Remote PH

Compensation: $1000 - $2000 USD

We’re looking for a proactive and highly analytical Retail Sales Analyst who can help us get ahead of retail planning by turning sales data into actionable insights.

This person will own reporting and trend analysis for retail partners, monitor returns/chargebacks, and help build proactive strategies for wholesale trade shows — including analyzing rep performance and creating outreach plans in advance of events.

This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting data to strategy and can communicate clearly so teams can act quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze sales performance across all retail/wholesale partners
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks before they become issues
• Build recurring dashboards and reporting:
• sell-through performance
• product velocity
• partner-level performance
• forecasting signals
• Review wholesale trade show history:
• Identify top-performing sales reps
• Identify best-selling products
• surface repeatable playbooks
• Create pre-trade-show business plans:
• outreach strategies
• product focus recommendations
• Monitor and analyze:
• chargebacks
• returns
• retailer compliance issues
• Provide clear feedback loops to Product + Operations teams to reduce future chargebacks
• Analyze retail and trade show data and deliver actionable insights to support the sales manager  in creating outreach strategies and leading 1:1 sales rep discussions.
• Act as a self-starter: investigate questions the team hasn’t asked yet
• Present insights in a way that drives action (not just reports)
  

• 3+ years in Retail Sales Analysis, Wholesale Analysis, Revenue Analytics, or Commercial Analytics
• Strong experience supporting US-based retail partners
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear recommendations
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
• Highly proactive: you don’t wait for direction to find insights

• Proven experience in sales analytics and retail channel performance
• Trade show analytics and wholesale rep performance tracking
• Analyze retail chargebacks and returns to identify root causes and share insights with Sales and Ops to help prevent future issues
