Retail Sales Custodian

IBCOM is dedicated to providing quality kitchen equipment to our customers. We strive to develop long term relationships with our clients based on quality, price and customer service.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Assist walk-in clients,
• Display your customer service skills in answering the queries of customers regarding products,
• Familiarize the different equipments and wares sold by the company (displayed or otherwise),
• Assist Sales Agents with their long-term and new clients; and
• Be able to work in a collaborative environment with other custodians.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer, Retail and Professional Services.
• You have working knowledge of Customer Service
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
