Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced physician to serve as a retainer doctor for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will provide general medical consultations, first aid treatment, and promote overall wellness at the workplace.

Details:

• Company location: Clark Freeport, Mabalacat City, Pampanga

• Schedule:

  • At least two (2) 4-hour shifts on Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday

    • 1st 4-hour shift: 6:00AM-10:00AM

    • 2nd 4-hour shift: Upon discretion of Physician

• Rate: P500-P550/hour

• Contract term: 1 year engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular onsite consultations for employees.

• Provide immediate care for minor workplace injuries or illnesses.

• Offer general medical advice as well as preventive care and wellness recommendations.

• Collaborate with company on health-related policies and employee wellness programs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.

Qualifications:

• Medical doctor with PRC license from the Philippines

• Proven experience in general or occupational medicine

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for innovation in healthcare
