The Role
We are hiring a Revenue Manager – APAC to lead regional commercial performance through pricing strategy, trading decisions, and data-driven planning. Based in our APAC headquarters in Manila, you will play a critical role in optimizing fleet utilization, maximizing revenue, and shaping go-to-market plans across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance, and report directly to the regional leadership team, acting as a strategic owner of commercial success.
What You Will Do
- Drive regional revenue strategy by developing and executing data-backed pricing, trading, and commercial plans to maximize gross margin, nights sold, and fleet revenue.
- Lead trading decisions across pricing, discounts, and inventory control, ensuring real-time adaptability to demand trends and market movements.
- Own forecasting and planning efforts, including revenue forecasts, capacity planning, and demand models that inform key decisions.
- Analyze market and competitive dynamics to identify levers for commercial growth such as promotions, channel mix, and pricing actions.
- Collaborate closely with local teams and global HQ in Lisbon to align regional execution with broader revenue strategies and tooling.
- Lead or support commercial improvement projects, such as pricing automation, reporting dashboards, and process enhancements.
Who We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in revenue management, trading, pricing, FP&A, or commercial planning roles, ideally in tech, travel, mobility, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of driving commercial performance using data analysis and strategic thinking.
- Advanced Excel and solid command of data tools; experience with pricing software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills combined with business acumen and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking ownership.
- Fluent in English.
