About the role:


As a Channel Operations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing AvePoint’s Channel-focused platforms and initiatives that is instrumental in our channel business growth. This will include collaboration with cross-functional internal teams including product marketing and operations teams as well as external vendors. You will need to have a deep understanding of AvePoint’s Channel business, working to ensure that all Channel-focused platforms are functioning as expected, content is up-to-date and published in line with scheduled product releases, and any issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Maintaining relationships with vendors for multiple commercial marketplaces and Channel focused platforms

  • Communicating with vendors regarding listing updates and publishing processes to make sure listings are compliant within each platform and AvePoint's brand guidelines

  • Communicating with vendors and internal AvePoint operations to answer all tickets that result from misconfigurations/failed orders/ login issues across all platforms and fix them appropriately in a timely manner

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on upcoming infrastructure changes that will impact each platform

  • Maintaining listing content, pricing, and infrastructure in multiple commercial marketplaces and Channel focused platforms

  • Collaborating with the Product Marketing team for marketing content regarding new functionality and organizing updates across all platform listings

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of Channel-focused process workflows and how data flows between internal systems and external platforms

For this role, you are someone with impressive detail oriented skills, and possess the ability to speak the language of the business, refining marketing messaging to resonate amongst the various marketplaces.


Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:



  • BA/BS degree

  • 1-3 years professional experience or equivalent

  • Technical role and experience preferred

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

  • Analytical mindset to identify areas for process improvements

  • Organized and meticulous, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
