Revit Commercial Facade Designer | AU | Hybrid

• Develop architectural drawings and documentation using Revit for commercial projects
  


• Produce 3D models and detailed documentation sets suitable for construction
  


• Ensure all outputs meet project requirements and quality standards
  


• Assist in maintaining and improving documentation quality and internal standards
  

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, and engineers to ensure design alignment
  


• Support design coordination across different building systems and constraints
  


• Contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment
  

• Assist in project planning, workflow execution, and documentation tracking
  


• Support design reviews and revisions based on feedback
  


• Identify design risks or issues and propose practical solutions
  


• Maintain accurate records of project deliverables and updates
  

• Actively develop skills in façade systems, cladding, and building envelope design
  


• Learn Eifer’s internal standards, workflows, and design methodologies
  


• Progress toward handling more complex design tasks and project ownership over time
  

Requirements

• Strong Revit experience with a proven track record in architectural projects
  


• Experience producing commercial construction documentation (essential)
  


• Demonstrated work on at least 2–3 commercial projects using Revit 
  


• Strong foundation in architectural drafting, detailing, and 3D modelling
  


• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment
  

• Exposure to façade design, cladding, rainscreen, or curtain wall systems
  


• Familiarity with Australian building codes (e.g., NCC)
  


• Experience with AutoCAD (used alongside Revit)
  


• Exposure to additional tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper, BIM tools, or Bluebeam
  

• Background in architecture or commercial building design firms
  


• Strong attention to detail and documentation quality
  


• High learning agility – able to be trained into a niche discipline
  


• Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in a remote, collaborative setup
  


• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements
