Revit Draftsman (US Based Client)

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 2–4 weeks, followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Eastern Time Zone)
Salary Package: 50,000 PHP to 70,000 PHP/Monthly

Position Overview:

Production drafting role focused on turning redlines and sketches into clean, permit-ready sheet sets and quick 3D views when helpful. Not a design position. Operate within established standards and maintain drawing consistency across sheets while responding quickly to field changes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce and update Revit models and coordinated sheet sets from cover to final permit pages
• Execute redlines and convert hand sketches and markups into accurate 2D and 3D documentation
• Create quick 3D views to support field and client understanding when needed
• Perform targeted 2D AutoCAD edits for subs not using Revit
• Maintain standards, view templates, title blocks, and detail libraries; ensure version control and sheet consistency
• Coordinate via Microsoft Teams project channels; capture changes, decisions, and status for stakeholders
• Incorporate field-driven changes quickly with clear revision notes and deltas
• Provide concise weekly progress updates on completed work, open items, and blockers
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of Revit production drafting for architecture or design-build
• Strong command of Revit 2025 workflows for modeling, detailing, and sheet management
• Proficient 2D AutoCAD editing for cross-discipline coordination
• Solid knowledge of construction assemblies, typical details, and permit set expectations
• Proven speed and accuracy working from redlines and sketches under tight timelines
• Clear, proactive English communication; asks clarifying questions rather than assuming
