Urgent in need of a Rewards Operations Specialist for our Davao site!Responsibilities:Maintain and optimize day-to-day operational processesManagement of inventoryManagement of databases used by the operations team and the customer service teamDocumentation and tracking of all current and past promotionsDocumentation and tracking of all procurements, disbursements and expenses for accounting purposesSupport the Customer Service team with any relevant investigations or escalations as neededSupport team KPIsAssist in the preparation of reports to internal teams as requiredAssist with any other ad-hoc operational tasks as requiredTrack and report the progress of activities against deadlinesQualifications:At least 1 year of experience in business administration or operations-related fieldsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsDatabase management knowledge is a plusStrong organizational skillsGood verbal and communication skillsExcellent team working skills and flexibility in their approach to workEffective problem-solving skills including decision-making, time management, and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
