Risk and Business Process Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk and Business Process Manager located in Cebu. The Risk and Business Process Manager will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving business processes and efficiency. 

Essential Functions:

• Develops and implement risk management strategies. 
• Conducts audits, evaluations, and assessments on implemented changes and improvements of processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement.
• Ensures adherence to best practices.
• Identifies possibilities to increase efficiency and reduce employee errors.
• Advocates for process management and continuous improvement.
• Documents process changes and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field 
• Proven experience in risk management and business process improvement 
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams 
• Certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are a plus
