Risk & Compliance Officer

The Risk and Compliance Officer assists Strategic Asset Management & Sales (SAMS) in the areas of risk and compliance as Area Compliance Coordinating Officer and Unit Risk Officer in coordination with the Group Compliance Coordination Officer of the Bank and Risk Management Office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and update SAMS policies and procedures (including CPG approvals, ORM documents, etc.)
• Engage in SAMS special projects (financial valuation, audit taskforce, process improvements, etc.)
• SAMS's Coordinating Compliance Officer in coordination with Unibank's Compliance Office.
• SAMS's Unit Risk Officer in coordination with the Unibank's Risk Management Office
• SAMS's Business Continuity Program Coordinator in coordination with the Unibank's Risk Management Office.
• SAMS's Audit Representative/ Coordinator in-charge of coordination with internal/external audit.
• View supporting documents of customers as necessary in review and analysis of sales/lease of properties
• Ensure the Division consistently passes internal/external audit and meets timely, efficient, and accurate turn-around time of post-sale/lease services and that all processed documents are turned over completely to the proper receiving party/ies.
• Oversees the Career Map of the Division's Map.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• At least college graduate of any 4-year course
• Risk management, handling compliance and regulatory matters, people management, collaboration with different groups inside and outside the organization.
• Policies, laws, and regulations governing the Bank and the real estate industry, Project management; systems analysis, business development and support; Proficiency in O365 and MS Office applications; with supervisory, leadership, oral and written skills.
