Our diagnostic clinic stands at the forefront of this transformation, offering innovative services that go beyond traditional medical practices.Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, the ideal candidate will have a strong medical background and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience for our patients.Responsibilities:•Greet and attend to patients or visitors and help them scheduling appointments, maintaining records and accounts.•Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.•Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, Medical Staff’s time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.•Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying medical staff of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding medical staff of service delays.•Comforts patients by anticipating patient’s anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area.•Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.• Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and maintenance reports.Qualifications:•Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role (preferably a registered nurse)•Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures•Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems is a plus•Strong communication and interpersonal skills•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities•High attention to detail and accuracy•Willing to work on Weekends •Can start ASAPBenefits:•Competitive salary•Health insurance•Professional development opportunities
