Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Configuring and customizing product features and workflows thru low code development or configuration.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective low code configurations leveraging on readily available business capabilities and solution.

• Ensuring product configurations adhere to compliance, security and regulatory standards. Provides support for testing, debugging and facilitates deployment of configuration.

• Maintaining  and updating configurations.

We’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Knowledgeable in basic programming (HTML, Java, SQL / noSQL, JSON, etc.) with experience on data workflows.

• Strong understanding of product configuration and customization in processes. Preferably with 2+ years experience in business systems analysis or configuration management.

• Soft skills on problem solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.
