Qualifications & experience

• At least 2 years of experience related to the same field
• Flexible and reliable to work with less supervision
• Amenable to travel anytime anywhere (concerning project areas)
• With excellent negotiation and leadership skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Drafts, provides and assists ROW Associates on all necessary paperwork including the legal documents in securing the permits
• Handles and monitors all budget requests and liquidations, provides the weekly financial report of the department
• Real-time tracking and recording of the updates and status of the permit acquisitions in the internal tracker
• Other tasks may assigned by the immediate head and ROW Manager
• Accident, Life and Death Insurance upon onboarding
• HMO upon regularization
• Company events
