Qualifications & experience
- At least 2 years of experience related to the same field
- Flexible and reliable to work with less supervision
- Amenable to travel anytime anywhere (concerning project areas)
- With excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Drafts, provides and assists ROW Associates on all necessary paperwork including the legal documents in securing the permits
- Handles and monitors all budget requests and liquidations, provides the weekly financial report of the department
- Real-time tracking and recording of the updates and status of the permit acquisitions in the internal tracker
- Other tasks may assigned by the immediate head and ROW Manager
- Accident, Life and Death Insurance upon onboarding
- HMO upon regularization
- Company events
