RPA Business Analyst - Senior Associate Consultant

About the job: Business Analyst - Senior Associate Consultant (BGC Taguig) | Onsite

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's – Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
• Required prior experience with ServiceNow, Genesys, Predictive intelligence, AI/ML/Azure, Python
• Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
• Experience with SQL or .Net or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
• A minimum of 4+ years experience as a business analyst is required
• Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
• Willing to work ONSITE in BGC, Taguig

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline creation
• Good knowledge of Automation, RPA, and AI solutions
• Exposure to platforms like ServiceNow, Genesys, Copilot, Power Platform and related tools
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Support in proposal creation and solution design
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver value
• Implement Design, Development, validation, and Support activities in line with architecture requirements
