Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description We are in need of a Safe Access System Designer & Estimator who will be responsible for the design, take-off and proposal creation for height safety and safe access systems. A height safety system designer & estimator uses their knowledge of the Australian standards and relevant proprietary equipment items to create safe access system layouts to roofs and other areas as required. Roles and responsibilities:

• ● Comprehensive understanding of how height safety standards apply in practice.
• ● Comprehensive understanding of how height safety equipment works in practice.
• ● Design compliant and usable safe access systems using CORELDraw
• ● Submission of quotes in a timely manner, exceeding clients expectations.
• ● Maintain CRM system and paperwork systems in an orderly fashion.
• ● Build technical knowledge and keep up to date with current relative standard and industry design standards and keep notes.
• ● Ensure 100% accuracy of costings and compliance.
• ● Qualify incoming quote opportunities, maintain records of disqualified opportunities.
• ● Set up & maintain qualified opportunities in CRM system & Cloud based file system.
• ● Design & scope roof safety systems and by reviewing the provided documentation, building plans and discussing with sales reps.
• ● Complete accurate costings for the scope provided. Obtain double checking of the costings by sales reps.
• ● Manage the workload of quotes to be done
• ● Liase with sales relevant consultants to decide what to quote, and priority of quotes.
• ● Revise quotes as required to assist sales reps to meet client needs and win orders

Other General Responsibilities:

• ● Ask questions to build technical knowledge and keep notes in orderly and traceable fashion.
• ● Complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Respond to electronic communications e.g. email / fax. Plan tasks to be carried out the following day, at the end of each day. Participate in keeping the office tidy.
• ● Attend training and Actively participate to learn new skills or to enhance current competencies. Train team on newly acquired competencies or skills and knowledge as required.
• ● Sales Reps are Willingly given the Necessary support to Achieve Sales Targets.
• ● Complete any other task as directed deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business, provided it is safe to do so

Qualifications

• ● Experience in construction roles such as architecture, drafting or estimating would be beneficial. Working at heights management
• ● Excellent spatial awareness.
• ● Excellent ability to visualise and understand mechanical principles
• ● Excellent ability to read and understand plans
• ● Keyboarding skills of 35 wpm
• ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ● Understanding of building & construction industry
• ● Positive & Willing Attitude & Good Team player
• ● Respectful & concientous personality
• ● Ability to organise and prioritise workload
• ● Ability to achieve targets agreed with Management
• ● Dedication, initiative, persistence & consistency
