Safety Officer 4

Primary Task
 

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs, including HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control) and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) 
• Provide expert advice and consultancy on OSH systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Lead and manage safety operations for high-risk and multi-site environments
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, inspections, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to safety policies and legal standards
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Review, design, and enhance company-wide safety policies and large-scale safety programs
• Act as the primary safety authority during audits, compliance reviews, and major incident responses
• Collaborate with management and safety teams to drive a strong safety culture across the organization
• Mentor, supervise, and provide guidance to SO3s and other safety officers
