Job Description - Sales Account Associate (Food and Beverage)
He/She shall be responsible for maintaining client accounts for WGC. His /Her responsibilities include liaising between the WGC team and the client, ensuring customers are satisfied with the products and services. He / She should demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills, and should be proactive in addressing the needs of the clients and managing the sales process from start to finish. He/ She should also assist in increasing the sales of all brands under WGC.Design and implement strategic sales plan in coordination with the BUHManage client accountsActs as point of contact for clientsIdentify potential new clientsOrganize meetings with clients for requirementsMonitor and report sales performanceSuggest innovative ways to increase sales and enhance client experienceAccomplishes and reports client’s sales weeklyCoordinate and reports to BUH on operational concerns, marketing andAt least with a minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in the F&B IndustryExtensive customer service experienceAbility to increase customer engagementKnowledgeable in MS Office and GSuiteAble to deliver reportsOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsCompany Christmas giftCompany eventsEmployee discountHealth insuranceOpportunities for promotionPromotion to permanent employee13th month salaryCommission payOvertime pay
