Sales Accounts Officer

Leads and manages the Central Dispatch and handles Sales related documentation functions to ensure smooth flow of documents and other requirements between Sales and Sales Documentation Unit.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts initial review and acceptance of sales reservation & booking requirements; sends out corresponding communications to sales/buyers to help with the regularization and compliance.
• Prepares and/or reviews the necessary documents for Sales such as the sample computation, commissions-related documents, BRF, etc.
• Conducts necessary interaction and/or communication with clients as necessary to support the documentation of the sale. Prepares and releases regular reports to Sales such as, but not limited to outstanding reservations/bookings and sends out marketing leads.
• Facilitates endorsement of accounts for TIN validation and processes payment for liaison.
• Ensures that all mailed correspondences are sent out through the authorized courier service partner and relevant receipt safekeeping, delivery monitoring and other functions relevant to central dispatch should be met.
• Ensures that the immediate superior's schedule with key stakeholders (i.e; buyers, company executives, etc.) are in order.
• Facilitates and manages SDU supplies including its purchasing, liquidation, storage, etc.
