The Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Encoding of Warranty Applications to GWP System.
• General office work for the Warranty Program, payments, payment confirmations, and other administrative tasks.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Having a proven ability to lead and make good decisions, with a strong track record of organizing and motivating teams to achieve success.
• Experience in an automotive or insurance industry is preferred.
