POSITION : Sales Admin AssistantRANK : Entry LevelLOCATION : Tektite Towers, Ortigas CenterI. JOB SUMMARYSales Admin Staff provide clerical and organizational support to the Sales team. As a sales administrator, S/hewill track sales contracts, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, and ensure products andservices are delivered on time.II. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Functions1. Pre-Sales taska. Requesting of details for invoiceb. Invoicing and official receipt preparations2. Post-Sales Tasksa. Endorsement of client materials to operations for checking and scheduling of uploadsb. Coordination of photo documentation with Technical Teamc. Checking and sending of Certificate of Implementation/Completion to clientsd. Checking and coordinating timely submission of monthly certificate of performance (COP)and other necessary client requirements including email confirmations from mall managerse. Monitoring of changes of materials during the duration of the contractf. Post-Sales data monitoring3. Maintaining accurate Sales Contract Database4. Field tasks include sending invoices and official receipts to clients.5. Non-sensitive bank concerns and transactions6. Clerical work including encoding of receipts and other transactions.III.
