This position is responsible for assisting the Account Officer in the documentation and processing of lease/rental transactions, account management and maintenance, including the administrative function of the team. -Process orders via email or phone
-Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
-Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
-Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
-Maintain and update sales and customer records
-Develop monthly sales reports
-Communicate important feedback from customers internally
-Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
-Stay up-to-date with new products and features Other task will assign time to time
<MUST>
-Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related discipline
-Proficient ing MS Office
-Good written and communication skills.
-Detail-oriented.
-Pleasing personality and interpersonal skills. <BETTER・歓迎条件>
-At least 1 year of experience in bank operations and car fleet management. -Knowledgeable in banking internal policies & documentation is an advantage "
