Objectives of this role:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales and wholesale team
Support revenue growth through customer support, sales reporting, and data organization
Help streamline internal processes and improve team efficiency
Act as a support contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination
Responsibilities:
Support the wholesale team in daily operations to help drive revenue and sales performance
Provide customer support for wholesale accounts, including order-related inquiries and issue resolution
Organize and maintain internal sales data, reports, and sales materials
Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams
Prepare and analyze sales reports, including data extraction from retailer portals and internal systems
Update, improve, and streamline internal processes and workflows
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience in sales administration, operations, or administrative support roles in a remote setting.
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Excel, and shared drives
Experience using CRM or order management systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Experience with data extraction, reporting, and basic sales analysis
Sales-oriented mindset with an understanding of revenue-driven support roles
Preferred skills and qualifications
Sales or sales-support experience specifically within retail, wholesale, or e-commerce environments
Exposure to international distribution or multi-market sales operations
Experience using wholesale platforms such as Zoey or similar systems
Familiarity with consumer products or CPG businesses
Interest in supporting growing brands and fast-paced sales teams
Candidates with experience in consumer baby products is a huge plus
