World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.
WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.
The working hours for this role will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.
The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.
You must be comfortable working with productivity monitoring systems

About the job
We are seeking a driven Sales Analyst to support our private lending sales team by sourcing, analyzing, and assisting in the execution of loan opportunities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, motivated professional who wants hands-on exposure to private lending, real estate finance, and deal execution while developing strong sales and analytical skills.
You will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of transactions from initial outreach and screening to funding while working closely with senior sales representatives, underwriting, and operations.
What We are Looking For
0-3+ years of experience in sales support, finance, real estate, or customer-facing roles.
Strong interest in real estate, private lending, or financial services.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable with phone calls, emails, and follow-up communications.
Willingness to learn sales fundamentals and private lending concepts.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Support sourcing of loan opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and follow-ups.
Assist in screening and qualifying borrowers, brokers, and deals.
Collect, organize, and review borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Enter and maintain lead and deal information in CRM systems.
Help prepare deal summaries and assist with basic deal analysis (LTV, ARV, collateral, loan purpose).
Coordinate with underwriting and operations to move deals through the pipeline.
Track pipeline activity and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain professional communication with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams.
