We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and communicative Sales & Admissions Coordinator to join the PB Martial Arts team. Your primary focus will be managing the front-end growth of our academy by turning inquiries into active students. This is a hybrid role of sales, administration, and community outreach, perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

To drive student enrollment and retention by managing the lead pipeline, securing appointment bookings, and ensuring a world-class customer experience through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Lead Management: Respond to inquiries and manage all incoming leads via phone, email, and CRM.
Appointment Setting: Schedule tours, intro classes, and evaluations for prospective students.
Follow-Up & Nurturing: Execute consistent follow-up sequences for "cold" leads to re-engage interest.
Retention & Reactivation: Conduct courtesy calls to current members and outreach calls to former students to encourage reactivation.
Administrative Support: Assist with daily gym admin tasks and ensure the CRM is updated accurately.
Marketing Support: Utilize Canva to create or update simple promotional materials for events and social media.
Sales Mindset: Ability to comfortably handle objections and close appointments.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable on the phone.
Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using a computer and smartphone; quick at learning new software.
Professionalism: A positive attitude that represents the core values of the academy.
CRM Experience: Previous experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
Design Basics: Familiarity with Canva for basic graphic design needs.
Admin Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or office-based role.
Industry Knowledge: No martial arts experience is required, but a willingness to learn our programs and philosophy is essential.
