Sales and Business Development Manager

The Sales and Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote the company's products and services.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or related roles.
• Experience in high-end, luxury, or premium real estate sales is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
