As a Sales and Business Development representative, you'll play a pivotal role in increasing our client base and revenue. You'll identify prospective opportunities, foster relationships, and uphold company's reputation for top-tier service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the designated market to introduce to the company a complete list of warehousing and fulfillment services.
- Develop strategic plans to capitalize on sales opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
- Craft compelling sales communications and presentations that effectively demonstrate the company's value proposition.
- Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering brand visibility
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Contribute to service enhancement by sharing client feedback and market insights
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within logistics or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset for gathering and interpreting market data.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Must Have
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Was able to use CRM
- Familiar with different Dialers
- At least 2-3 years of experience with sales/cold calling
- Excellent English communication skills
