Job Description - Sales & Business Development Representatives Financial Account

Job Rationale

We are looking for a high-performing
and driven Sales Representative
to join our contract-based team supporting
a leading provider of online trading services in the global financial
markets
. This role is dedicated to acquiring new clients, securing funded
accounts, and cultivating lasting client relationships through strategic
communication, outreach, and event participation.

You will be part of a fast-paced, performance-based
environment where targets are clear, incentives are competitive, and excellence
is rewarded
.


Key Responsibilities

  • Your
    primary KPIs will include securing newly opened and actively funded
    accounts
    , maintaining ongoing client engagement, and meeting monthly
    performance goals.

  • Engage
    and convert qualified leads through high-volume outbound calls,
    email communication, live chats, and social media follow-ups.

  • Assist
    clients through the end-to-end onboarding process, including
    platform walkthroughs, documentation guidance, and funding support.

  • Deliver clear and compliant product presentations tailored to individual
    client profiles and investment interests.

  • Represent
    the brand during online and offline events, including expos,
    seminars, and webinars, as a trusted voice for the company’s offerings.

  • Build
    long-term client relationships by providing timely support, updates, and
    relevant market insights.

  • Proactively
    address client concerns and objections to drive satisfaction and
    retention.

  • Track
    and report sales progress, lead statuses, and market feedback using CRM
    tools and performance dashboards.

  • Coordinate
    with internal departments to ensure seamless client servicing and
    fulfillment of commitments.

  • Stay
    up to date with platform enhancements, global market trends, and
    competitive positioning.



Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum
    of 1–2 years’ experience in outbound sales, client acquisition, or
    business development (preferably in financial services, digital platforms,
    or e-commerce).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
    present confidently and build strong rapport.

  • Strong
    track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs in a target-driven
    environment
    .

  • Highly
    skilled in objection handling, client follow-through, and pipeline
    management.

  • Tech-savvy,
    organized, and comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital
    tools.

  • Able
    to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings or weekends
    based on campaign requirements and client availability.

  • Knowledge
    or genuine interest in global financial markets and online
    trading platforms
    is a strong advantage.
