• Professional, patient, and client-focused demeanor
  
• Basic understanding of security services (e.g., CCTV) is a plus
  
• Culturally sensitive when interacting with international clients
  
• Effective at handling objections and problem-solving during calls
  
• Organized and efficient in managing time and follow-ups
  
• Sales training outside the BPO industry is an advantage
