We're GuildSteam, a Colorado-based U.S. company that connects global talent with US companies and we are seeking a highly motivated sales and lead generation specialist to help us grow our client base. If you have at least 3 years of experience in cold outreach, email marketing, telemarketing, and CRM tools, wed love to hear from you.

This is a remote, full-time opportunity.

Working Hours (Remote, Fixed Schedule):
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT)
(Matching 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, USA)

Starting Pay:
PHP 1,092,000 per year (PHP 21,000 per week)

What You'll Do:

• Generate and qualify outbound leads
• Execute cold email and follow-up sequences
• Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses
• Maintain CRM records and track pipelines
• Support our sales team with outreach strategy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in remote sales or lead generation
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident on the phone; persuasive communicator
• Familiar with sales tools like LinkedIn, email outreach platforms, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Manatal)
• Experience with Lead Generation systems (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io)
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Good internet and work-from-home setup
