Job Description - Sales and Marketing Assistant

DIRECT HIRING!• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: oProficient in the English language, both oral and written oVery good level of COMPUTER LITERACY, especially in using MS Office, GMAIL, and major social media apps ▪ Knows the computing functions of: ▪ Gmail ▪ Word ▪ Excel ▪ Powerpoint ▪ Canva & the likes ▪ Google / Edge oMinimum One (1) year experience in sales and marketing from any related industry • JOB DESCRIPTION: oCoordinating sales efforts with our marketing programs oUnderstanding and promoting company programs oRecording of deposits of payment from clients and coordinating this information to our Administrator. oCoordinating with our Administrator the sales contracts for orders and submitting them to the clients oMaintaining client records oPreparing sales proposals and quotations oAdministrative Tasks: ▪ Undertaking daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of the department. ▪ Updating spreadsheets, databases, and Tour Package inventories with relevant information. oAssisting in Marketing Campaigns: ▪ Preparation of marketing materials ▪ Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns. • Skills and Qualifications: oAbility to multi-task and adhere to deadlines. oProven experience as a marketing assistant. oGood understanding of office management and marketing principles. oFamiliarity with market research techniques and databases. oExcellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, and online applicationsNOT NECESSARY BUT AN ADVANTAGE: Content Creation and Communication: • Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media accounts. • Writing marketing literature to enhance the company’s market presence. • Directly communicating with clients to build trusting relationships. Event Coordination: • Assisting in organizing promotional events, both traditional and digital. • Attending events to facilitate their success. Market Research and Analysis: • Conducting market research to understand the target audience. • Analyzing consumer rating reports and questionnaires. • Utilizing marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (such as social media and web analytics).
