POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join ESSENTIALS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving multi-channel sales strategies, including e- commerce, offline sales, and distribution channels. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and expandmarket reach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
· Lead and manage multi-channel sales efforts, including e-commerce platforms, retail partnerships, and distribution channels.
· Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
· Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
· Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize sales and marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, distributors, and industry influencers.
Willing to start immediately for VERA BIOTECH in Ortigas Center.
· Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
· Extensive experience in managing multi-channel sales strategies, including e-commerce, retail, and distribution channels.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make data- driven decisions.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in leading and managing teams to achieve goals and objectives.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative sales and marketing solutions.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
