Sales and Marketing Reporting Associate

Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, looking for a  Sales and Marketing Reporting Associate who can work with us full-time and on-site!

Earn up to P30,000!

Where?  Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:

• Existing customer database update. Frequency: quarterly
• Staff database
• Broker and fronter database. Frequency: quarterly
• Leads report. Frequency: monthly
• Asia organization chart
• Brand/corporate gifts
• PowerPoint (PPT) Reports and Presentations
• Preparing sales meeting presentations (region, country)
• Preparing broker performance presentations (region, country)
• Sales pipelines analysis (monthly)
• Preparing quarterly sales performance presentation for CM meeting (Monthly and quarterly)
• Buyer matching (MIB)
• Ad hoc presentation
• Ad hoc data analysis
• Data analysis support for large cases
• Gofollow searches
• CDD checks
  

Requirements

• 2-5+ year of experience working directly with Sales, Sales Operations, or Field Sales Leaders.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work
• Work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.

Job skills and Qualifications:

• Highly organize team player who is passionate about partnering with our sales leaders and marketing team to analyze data relationships and generate reports which can be easily understood.
• Assist with yearly and periodic sales planning activities, including collecting and cleansing/enriching account and prospect data, identifying account potential across segments and territories, and developing a planning model to assist with territory mapping and capacity planning.
• Develop scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to assist with management of the sales and Customers Success teams, as well as corporate operational reviews of segment performance.
• Maintain data integrity
• Partner with other cross-functional groups such as Salesforce administrators, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the integrity of data across platforms and functions.
• Assist operations leadership with process definitions,
• process documentation, execution and operational issue analysis.
