LOOKING FOR PH-BASED FILIPINO TALENTS

Role:
Sales and Operations Specialist
Working Hours: 4 days a week for 10 hours per day.
Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,500 Per Month (Subject to client approval)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle incoming calls and online inquiries from wholesale and retail charter clients
  • Prepare and send private jet charter quotes to charter brokers, aircraft operators, corporations and high net worth individuals
  • Create marketing emails to update customers on fleet availability
  • Assist in tracking expenses and invoicing charter clients
  • Review current and upcoming flight schedules for opportunities to streamline and increase sales
  • Exercise Operational Control jointly with the PIC. PIC has final Operational decision.
  • Release flights in accordance with all applicable regulations, requirements, limitations, and procedures contained in the GOM.
  • Schedule and record Crewmembers flight time in compliance with crew scheduling procedures to ensure that each flight has a legal crew available to complete all flight operations for all flight segments.
  • Advise the appropriate personnel of potential or actual events.
  • Ensure that all, ground handling, deicing, fuel, landing/departure slots, and landing/over-flight permits are in order before releasing a flight.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Control to ensure the aircraft status will permit the intended operation to be conducted safely and in accordance with applicable Minimum Equipment List/Configuration Deviation List items (MEL/CDL) limitations/restrictions at the scheduled departure time.
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the Director of Operations or the Charter Sales & Operations Manager
  • Maintains company, industry and competitive knowledge and awareness

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • At least two years of experience in sales or account management; preferably in aviation or luxury products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Demonstrate broad knowledge of the functional area. Exercise independent judgment
  • Read, write, and understand English.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills through taking accountability and ownership
  • Proven to work effectively in a team environment or independently
  • Detail obsessed with a proven ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a changing environment
  • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Must work well under pressure and be able to multitask
