Sales Appointment Setter

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Sales Appointment Setter!

Position Overview:
As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through strategic prospecting and client acquisition. 

Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift 

Remote Work: Available for applicants residing in the Philippines outside Cebu Province
Onsite Work: Required for applicants residing in Cebu City or nearby areas

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to current patients to discuss membership programs and schedule discovery calls.
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to coordinate scheduling and improve outreach.
• Provide excellent service to ensure patients are well informed about program benefits.

Requirements:

• At least college level
• Must have at least 6 months of BPO sales account / sales appointment setting experience experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Internet speed has to be at least 100 mbps
• Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
• Stable internet connection and a conducive work environment at home
• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 20,000 - 30,000
• New hire bonus of 5,000 
• Attendance bonus of 2,000
