Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it!The ASM Manager will be responsible for leading Apple Sales Consultants/ Managers in the successful execution of Apple Programs for the entire country across Mono, Retail, and Carrier channel points of sale, with a focus on key geo and top malls.On a day to day basis the incumbent will lead a team of ASC’s and Area Sales Managers who will be delivering results in their territories/ top malls. This includes ensuring that the Apple and virtual teams are selling the complete Apple product solutions to all prospective and current customers, ensuring that merchandising policies are maintained and met, meeting revenue targets and attach rates and ensuring the highest level of customer service.In this strategic role and in addition to the day to day activities, this role will also manage key senior stakeholder relationships within our Program Partners organisations.
Description
-Lead ASM, direct reports to achieve agreed monthly / quarterly quotas across all lines of business-Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly feedback of division’s performance against goals, KPIs and objectives-Own key stakeholder relationship’s in program partners organisations-Provide regular updates on activity by direct reports in their market, as well as providing valuable market intelligence to the country manager and Apple Account Managers-Have ongoing development plan for direct reports within their team.
